Job summary

Dovetail, the Customer Intelligence Platform, is seeking a senior Growth Marketer to lead paid acquisition and end-to-end email programs. You will partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Ops to build an acquisition and lifecycle engine that scales in a remote, US-focused setup.

You’ll own channel strategy, budgets, audiences, and lifecycle journeys across high-intent search, paid social, retargeting, and emails.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building segmented B2B journeys across nurture and campaigns.
• Track record of managing meaningful budgets and improving pipeline or revenue.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy, budget, targets, forecast, and testing roadmap across Google/LinkedIn/retargeting.
• Build and optimize campaign structures, bids, audiences, and creative variants.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing, including nurture paths and triggers.
• Turn performance into insights for better creative and strategy.
• Improve post-click journeys with landing pages and conversion experiments.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice and measure impact on pipeline.
• Connect spend to pipeline with tracking, attribution, and dashboards.
• Design and operate AI-powered growth workflows and tooling.
