Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to lead strategic projects and growth of our corporate portfolio through both organic and inorganic initiatives. You will collaborate with management teams, drive due diligence, business cases, and execution on targets across nutrition, MedTech and biopharmaceuticals.

This role may be remote with regular travel to our Lake Zurich, IL headquarters; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field is required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD, M&A, strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and identify inorganic growth targets across Fresenius' portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence, business case development and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment on inorganic opportunities.
• Model scenarios and evaluate target assets using standard valuation methods.
• Manage inorganic projects from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external stakeholders.
• Leverage market insights to inform strategy and future direction.
