Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA invites an experienced Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive organic and inorganic growth through strategic projects and new business opportunities. The role collaborates with global teams and management to deliver due diligence, valuation, and execution across Fresenius’ business areas.

The position may be remote with regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters; local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required. MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas to identify inorganic growth targets.
• Focus on nutrition, MedTech and biopharmaceuticals aligned with growth vectors.
• Lead projects through due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
