Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth of the corporate portfolio through organic and inorganic strategic initiatives. The role entails leading due diligence, business case development, and execution, while collaborating with global teams to identify targets across nutrition, MedTech, and biopharmaceuticals segments.

The position may be remote with regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; healthcare experience beneficial.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups for inorganic growth.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams; due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to support inorganic growth targets.
• Manage strategic corporate portfolio analysis and scenario modeling; valuation of targets (DCF/NPV/precedents).
• Present Fresenius Kabi as a preferred partner to external interfaces and stakeholders.
