Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive organic and inorganic growth across Fresenius' corporate portfolio. The role involves engagement with management, due diligence, business case development, and execution of strategic opportunities, including digital health and emerging technologies.

The position may be remote with regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL headquarters and local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their impact.
• Experience in a matrix organization and in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets for inorganic growth.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence and business case development.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization of targets.
• Manage corporate portfolio analysis and evaluations of new business areas.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedents.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities through all phases from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius Kabi as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Apply market insights to inform strategy and future direction.
