Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic and organic initiatives, including digital health ventures and emerging technologies. The role collaborates with Fresenius management across functions to advance priority projects.

Regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters is required; remote work may be available for local candidates and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD/M&A/Strategy; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups for inorganic growth with focus on nutrition, MedTech, and biopharmaceuticals.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization of targets.
• Manage corporate portfolio analysis and scenario modeling for new business areas.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Use market insights to support strategy and future direction.
