Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to shape the company’s inorganic growth strategy across nutrition, MedTech and biopharmaceuticals. The role collaborates with global teams and management to drive due diligence, business cases, and board approvals.

The position may be remote with regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL; a strong background in finance, strategy, and healthcare is required, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Experience in a highly complex, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets to identify inorganic growth targets.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence and business case development.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment on inorganic targets.
• Manage strategic corporate projects through all phases from evaluation to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
