Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in business development, M&A, strategy or analytics; healthcare experience beneficial.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Develop pitch documents to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage portfolio analysis and scenario modeling.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
