Job summary

WASH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Growth to drive new business across the USA and Canada. You will prospect, qualify, quote, and close opportunities, working with Field Sales Leaders to expand our customer base.

You will maintain a healthy pipeline, meet monthly and quarterly targets, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to optimize ROI. Travel is occasional as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or new business development.
• Proven success meeting sales quotas.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• CRM usage and pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers via outbound calls and emails.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline.
• Develop quotes, proposals, and leases.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Collaborate with field sales and DSMs.
