Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Growth GTM Engineer to design and scale outbound strategies that empower Sales to reach the right customers at the right time. You will own full lifecycle growth plays from hypothesis to workflow development and measurable impact.

You’ll combine growth marketing, ABM, data enrichment, AI, and sales enablement to identify markets, map buying committees, and deliver context-rich seller tools for effective engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B outbound, growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM programmes.
• Strong marketing judgement across segmentation, buyer problems, positioning, and messaging.
• Hands-on experience with Clay or similar data enrichment/workflow platforms.
• Practical use of AI for research, classification, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising market segments and account-level triggers with Sales.
• Develop targeted outbound plays: audience, buyer problem, messaging, offer, seller action, success criteria.
• Build and optimise Clay tables and research workflows for enrichment, signal detection, and contact discovery.
• Use AI to interpret market signals, classify accounts, and generate research inputs.
• Map key accounts and buying committees; provide sellers with evidence-based insights and actions.
• Test outbound plays with Sales; gather feedback and measure performance for scaling.
• Establish quality controls and references to ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Turn successful experiments into reusable workflows and templates.
• Coordinate with RevOps on CRMs, tracking, and governance.
