Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Growth GTM Engineer to design and scale outbound plays, enrichment workflows, and AI-powered insights that drive qualified opportunities. You’ll partner with Sales to identify markets, map buying committees, and deliver measurable impact across the funnel.

You will own end-to-end growth plays, from hypothesis to execution, and translate buyer insight into seller context, with a bias toward data quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B outbound, growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM programmes.
• Strong marketing judgement across segmentation, buyer problems, positioning, and messaging.
• Hands-on experience with data enrichment and workflow automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities through market research, buyer signals, and Sales feedback.
• Build and maintain Clay tables for account enrichment, research, and prioritisation.
• Develop AI-powered workflows that generate accurate account insights and seller context.
• Create and launch targeted outbound plays with Sales teams.
• Analyze performance across engagement, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Refine, scale, or retire workflows based on results and feedback.
• Develop reusable research components, signals, and play templates.
• Collaborate with RevOps on CRM integrations, tracking, and governance.
