Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under the SAFÉ Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; compliance with all related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service per U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Serve as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue.
• Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with two to three branches; engage in proactive outreach and consultative selling.
