Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to act as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering financial solutions to mid-market small businesses.

You will build deep client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, and consultative selling. The role requires outside prospecting to grow revenue while maintaining CRM discipline and coordinating with branch teams and other partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFE Act requirements and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Engage in proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to grow revenue.
