Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in an operational leadership role.
• Knowledge of the home service industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a robust P&L and lead teams.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans to drive growth and market share.
• Own the local P&L and financial performance of the brand.
• Oversee sales, service delivery, dispatch, call center, installation, marketing and warehousing.
• Optimize labor capacity, scheduling, and technician assignments.
• Collaborate with platform resources to improve marketing, labor, and vendor management.
• Lead high-performance teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify talent needs and support professional development.
