DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right vehicle and financing options at our dealerships.

You will handle opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management and ensure a high-quality customer experience while supporting dealership operations and onboarding new hires. This role offers a path through Levels 0–4 with certification, training, and incentives as you grow with DriveTime.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making sales calls, securing appointments, and converting visits into sales.
• Perform store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits and paperwork.
