Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales & Operations Advisor in Mesa, AZ to engage customers, match them with vehicles and financing, and drive sales while supporting daily dealership operations.

The role includes opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Growth opportunities exist through multi-phase progression and training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and guide them through the buying process.
• Manage the full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Open/close store, handle cash, perform inventory and audits.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and processes.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
