Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to represent our company to customers, building opportunities through proactive outreach and account growth. You will work with branch teams, coordinate with customer service on orders, and maintain CRM updates to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate quotes.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, software tools proficiency, and strong communication as you expand product adoption across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED and two or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination.
Experience with outbound calling to existing accounts and expanding sales opportunities.
Ability to use CRM and sales tools to track follow-ups and quotes.

Responsibilities

Proactively makes outbound calls with assigned accounts across multiple branches to develop opportunities.
Partners with decision makers to expand volume by quoting and converting sales on new products.
Collaborates with customer service on order entry, tracking, and technical needs.
Updates CRM to stay current on follow-ups and active quotes.
Trains customers on Ecommerce capabilities to simplify business interactions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
