Zonda is seeking a Director of Business Development to grow our Builder Sales Team across North Florida in a fully remote role. You’ll drive new business for our online platform, mobile app, and published research, while collaborating with Customer Success to expand our brand in local markets.

BA/BS in Business required; 7+ years in outside sales with a hunter mentality preferred. Join a diverse, innovative team pushing the future of housing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a digital/data services business development/outside sales role.
• SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition.
• Experience managing full sales process from prospecting to closing; hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business selling Zonda’s Services and mobile platform to homebuilders, developers, financial institutions, and redevelopment agencies.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
• Record and maintain meetings and pipeline in Salesforce.com.
