Job summary

Zonda, part of CoStar Group, seeks a Director of Business Development for Listings/Digital Solutions in Portland, OR. You will drive revenue by selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders and developers in the assigned territory, building and executing a strategic sales plan, and managing the full sales cycle.

The candidate should have 2–5+ years in listings/digital media sales, SaaS experience, and a track record of closing deals with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in listings/advertising and/or digital media sales.
• 2–5+ years selling to VP/Director level in the new home industry.
• Knowledge of builder digital marketing tech incl. CRM, CMS, data feeds.
• SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition.
• Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Driver’s license and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders and developers in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Generate 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
• Lead qualification and drive full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing.
• Conduct in-person and web demonstrations.
• Collaborate with data reps to build builder relationships with key sales/marketing members.
• Travel within territory and attend industry conventions to close prospects as needed.
• Present listings and advertising products at company events.
