Job summary
CoStar Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Zonda in Jacksonville, FL to drive revenue for Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions. You will develop territory plans, generate qualified leads, run demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, with travel as needed.
The role requires 2–5+ years in listings/digital sales and a SaaS mindset; a Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in listings/advertising and/or digital media sales.
- Experience selling to VP/Director level in the new home industry.
- Knowledge of CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration.
- SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree from a university.
- Driver's license and ability to travel.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and revenue selling Builder Listings and Builder Digital Solutions.
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
- Generate 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
- Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Perform in person and web demonstrations.
- Collaborate with data representatives to build builder relationships.
- Travel within territory and at industry conventions to close prospects.
- Present listings and advertising products at events.
