Job summary

Zonda seeks a Director of Business Development to drive builder listings and digital solutions in the Minneapolis area. You will develop territory plans, qualify leads, and close deals with senior decision makers in homebuilding and real estate marketing.

You’ll rely on Salesforce, manage a robust pipeline, and partner with data teams to expand builder relationships. Travel for in-person and virtual demonstrations is expected, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in listings/advertising or digital media sales
• 2–5+ years selling to VP/Director level in new-home industry
• CRM, CMS, data feeds, and lead integration knowledge
• SaaS experience with user acquisition focus
• Full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and revenue for Builder Listings and Digital Solutions
• Develop and execute territory sales plan
• Arrange 5–7 meetings weekly and maintain Salesforce pipeline
• Lead qualification and complete sales cycle from intro to close
• Conduct in-person and web demonstrations
• Collaborate with data teams to strengthen builder relationships
• Travel within territory for prospects and events
• Present listings and ad products at events
