Director of Business Development, Builder – Zonda – Denver, CO, is a senior sales leadership role within CoStar Group’s Zonda unit. You will drive new business across homebuilders, developers, and financial players, shaping the territory strategy and owning the end-to-end sales process.

You’ll engage with C-suite and decision-makers, deliver demonstrations, and leverage a CRM-driven pipeline while traveling within the assigned territory to close high-value opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a digital/data services business development/outside sales role.
• Experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; strong closing skills.
• Must have a hunter mentality and high energy with a sense of urgency.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business selling Zonda’s Membership Services and mobile platform to builders and developers.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory and record pipeline in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and drive full sales cycle from calls to closing deals.
• Schedule and perform in-person and web product demonstrations.
• Travel within territory and industry conventions to close prospects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor solutions and close multi-decision-maker deals.
