Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Zonda North Florida (Jacksonville/Orlando). This leader will drive new business across builder, residential, and commercial sectors, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and leveraging Salesforce for pipeline management.

The role requires 7+ years in digital/data services sales, SaaS experience, and a hunter mindset with high energy. A Bachelor's degree and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital/data services business development/outside sales.
• SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition.
• Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Hunter mentality, independent mindset, high energy/aggressive.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving Record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business selling Zonda’s Membership Services and mobile platform to homebuilders, developers, banks, and cities.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Record and maintain all meeting & pipeline information in Salesforce.com.
• Qualify leads and drive the full sales cycle from intro calls to closing.
• Schedule and perform in person and web demonstrations.
• Travel within your territory and industry conventions to close prospects.
