Job summary

Zonda in Nashville, TN seeks a Director of Business Development to lead growth for Listings and Digital Solutions in the homebuilding market. Build relationships with builder marketing and sales leaders and drive revenue growth through Listings/Advertising and related services.

Ideal candidates have 2-5+ years in listings/advertising, SaaS experience, CRM proficiency, and a hunter mindset. Travel within the territory may be required and you’ll join a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in listings/advertising and/or digital media services in a sales role.
• 2-5+ years in the new home industry selling into sales & marketing departments at the VP or Director level.
• Knowledge of builder digital marketing technologies including CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration.
• Experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition.
• Experience managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing; ability to acquire new business.
• Must have reliable transportation to fulfill responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue selling Zonda’s Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders & developers in the territory.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Generate 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.com.
• Drive full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.
• Perform in-person and web demonstrations.
• Collaborate with data reps to build builder relationships with key sales and marketing members.
• Travel within the territory and industry conventions as needed.
• Present listings and advertising products at company events.
