Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Director of Business Development for Zonda to drive new business for Membership Services and the mobile platform.

You will collaborate with Regional Directors to expand the brand in local housing and development markets and manage key relationships. The role requires 7+ years in digital/data services sales, SaaS experience, a hunter mentality, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital/data services business development or outside sales roles.
• SaaS experience with a focus on user acquisition.
• Hunter mentality with ability to manage full sales process and close with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business selling Zonda’s Membership Services and mobile platform to homebuilders, residential & commercial developers, financial institutions, and related firms.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Record and maintain all meeting and pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing.
• Schedule and perform in person and web demonstrations.
• Travel within territory to close prospects and attend industry events.
