Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring profitable operations, while delivering superior customer service in a premium chocolate retail environment.

You will help recruit, train, and develop staff, manage inventory, cash handling, and scheduling, and escalate issues to leadership. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Demonstrated selling skills; outreach and corporate selling programs a plus.
• Proven success in supervisory role, preferably in a premium specialty environment.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with achieving/exceeding sales budgets.
• Lead and develop store staff to Lindt standards and KPIs.
• Manage inventory levels to align with demand and avoid stock issues.
• Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and payroll/labor activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate scheduling and store operations with leadership.
