You will supervise staff, participate in hiring and training, and ensure adherence to Lindt standards in a fast-paced premium retail environment. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven sales background with ability to meet KPI targets.
• Experience with supervisory roles in premium retail environment.
• Strong math and/or accounting skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales budgets and contribute to overall company performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee operational controls including cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and policy compliance.
