Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management experience – premium specialty environment preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; physical requirements noted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive store sales to meet weekly, monthly and annual budgets.
• Develop staff, recruit qualified individuals, and coach to standards.
