Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a premium in-store experience for customers. You will guide a customer-focused team and ensure legendary service in every interaction.

Lead efforts to achieve sales plans, manage P&L, coach staff, and uphold Lindt brand standards. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays with prior retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Prior experience with POS system

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales budgets while contributing to overall company goals.
• Provide superior customer service and communicate the store's mission to staff.
• Develop and coach staff to meet KPI’s and sales opportunities.
• Maintain visual standards and brand presentation across the store.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, scheduling, and PLC compliance.
