Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our premium chocolate team, delivering an exceptional in-store experience and driving sales. You will lead a small staff, uphold Lindt standards, and ensure smooth daily operations within our Lindt Shops across the U.S.

The role requires a proven sales background, ability to train teammates, and strong attention to inventory, cash handling, and quality assurance. Night and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales plans and contribute to district targets.
• Train and develop store staff per Lindt guidelines.
• Maintain operational controls: inventory, cash handling, QA/compliance, and store cleanliness.
