Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead in-store experiences and drive premium customer service. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, and upholding brand standards in a dynamic, premium chocolate environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision of store operations including cash handling and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Prior experience with POS system.
• Proven sales and/or customer service background.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic math computation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and contribute to annual budgets.
• Communicate the sales mission to the team.
• Use suggestive selling to upsell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand presentation.
• Hire, develop, and manage store personnel with the District Manager.
• Maintain P&L responsibility, cash management, and scheduling.
• Ensure quality assurance and loss prevention.
