Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Asheville to help drive sales and ensure profitable store operations while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will assist with staff management, inventory control, cash handling, and budget adherence, reporting to the Store Manager and supporting district leadership.

The role requires proven retail leadership in a premium environment, strong sales skills, and the ability to train staff to Lindt standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in premium or specialty retail.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Strong math and basic accounting skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in meeting or exceeding sales budgets.
• Lead and develop store personnel to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain inventory control, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
