Lindt USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead our in-store experience, drive sales, and ensure premium service. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain visual standards that reflect the Lindt brand.

You will be responsible for achieving the store's sales plan, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service, with regular shifts including nights and weekends. This role requires leadership, motivation, and a customer‑focused mindset in a fast‑moving retail

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Prior experience with POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet or exceed sales budgets.
• Communicate sales mission and coach staff to execute.
• Upsell and cross-sell by understanding product features.
• Oversee visual presentation and brand standards.
