Job summary

You will assist in staff development, inventory management, cash handling, and budget compliance, while maintaining Lindt standards, scheduling, and a proactive approach to loss prevention. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with computerized POS system.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales budgets and drive store metrics.
• Hire, train and develop store personnel in line with Lindt guidelines.
• Oversee inventory control, cash handling, payroll and store operations.
