Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando to support the Store Manager in achieving sales plans and ensuring profitable operations while delivering superior customer service.

You will assist with staff development, inventory and cash controls, and uphold Lindt standards. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven sales track record.
• Strong selling skills and ability to leverage outreach programs is a plus.
• Experience supervising staff in a specialty retail setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales budgets in partnership with Store Manager.
• Support staff development and training to Lindt standards; recruit and mentor retail personnel.
• Oversee operational controls including inventory, cash handling, payroll, and scheduling.
