Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead in-store operations, drive sales, and deliver premium customer experiences. You will manage daily store activities, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards and a strong visual presentation.

The role requires 2+ years of management in retail, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on achieving sales plans with P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Experience with POS systems and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales budgets and drive store profitability.
• Develop staff, communicate sales mission, and ensure brand presentation standards.
• Oversee staff hiring, scheduling, onboarding and performance coaching.
• Maintain cash management, inventory control, audits, and store maintenance.
