Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club program. You will partner with the General Manager to drive results, mentor managers, and deliver uncompromising hospitality.

The role emphasizes people development, operational excellence, and strong business acumen to grow the Wine Club community and exceed targets while maintaining a safe, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• A minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders through feedback and performance management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for Uncompromising Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and departments including Service and Tasting Room.
• Participate in hourly Team Member hiring and onboarding; ensure tools, support and training needed to succeed.
• Foster growth and career progression for team members and managers.
• Coach and mentor Restaurant and Kitchen Managers through leadership development.
• Model professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Lead with clarity and ensure alignment with Cooper’s Hawk values and standards.
