Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club program. You will coach managers and hourly team members, partner with the General Manager, and drive exceptional hospitality and operational performance.

The role emphasizes people development, accountability, and delivering un compromising hospitality, while aligning with Cooper’s Hawk values and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders through feedback and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and departments including Service and Tasting Room.
• Participate in hourly Team Member hiring and onboarding; ensure tools and training for success.
• Develop and support Restaurant and Kitchen Managers through coaching and mentorship.
