Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and how it affects profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees) to ensure guest satisfaction and target outcomes.
• Lead the restaurant management team, supervise financial controls, operations, and people development.
• Cover long or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant staff, management, DM, customers, and vendors.
