The position emphasizes building client relationships, presenting the full range of PNC products, and leveraging internal tools to identify opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• Role requires a university degree and 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquires/expands/retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet and handles origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products/services.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas based on client needs and financial well-being; increases client engagement and loyalty.
• Builds an effective network of internal/external relationships to acquire or expand clients and present full range of products.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal policies.
