PNC, based in the DFW market, seeks a Relationship Manager for its Business Banking segment ($2MM-$10MM). You will manage a book of business, grow sales and revenue, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver a full suite of banking solutions.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong financial analysis and credit understanding. This in-office role emphasizes client engagement, risk-aware decision making, and relationship growth.

Qualifications

• University degree and 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Handles relationship management activities to grow sales, revenue and market share within a book of business.
• Origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients; mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focus on increasing client engagement and loyalty by presenting the full range of PNC products and services.
