Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Two to three years property management experience.
• One to two years direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquencies.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and coaching of associates.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and safety standards.
• Respond to resident issues and coordinate with corporate office.
