Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, oversee contracts, maintenance, lease administration, and reporting, ensuring residents, associates, and clients have a positive experience.

You will lead the team, manage client expectations, recruit and coach staff, implement marketing plans to attract residents, and maintain compliance with property management guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience desirable.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, feedback and hiring processes.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and safety standards.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office on maintenance and rules enforcement.
