Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on managing paid advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Track and analyze CPL, CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates; identify and fix underperforming campaigns.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research to improve targeting.
• Collaborate on ad copy, creative, offers and landing pages to lift conversion.
• Monitor conversion tracking and attribution across channels.
• Build and run structured A/B tests; scale winners and cut inefficient spend.
• Produce campaign performance reports and communicate results to leadership.
