Qualificações

• 2+ years of digital or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on managing paid advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital or performance marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and budgets
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms
• Strong grasp of CPL, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion metrics
• Comfortable analyzing campaign data and making optimization decisions
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Professional working English
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Analytics and digital tracking tools experience
• Conversion tracking and attribution experience
• Landing page and funnel optimization experience
• CRM and marketing automation familiarity
• B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, agency or lead-generation background
