Pavago is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The role involves strategy, budget allocation, testing, optimization, and reporting to drive profitable growth in a remote US-based setup.

Responsibilities include building campaign structures, managing budgets, tracking performance, and collaborating with creative and sales teams to improve ROAS and acquisition efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful paid advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion tracking, attribution, and optimization.
• Demonstrated success in improving ROAS or customer acquisition efficiency.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with creative and landing-page testing.
• Ability to independently manage and optimize paid campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels.
• Develop campaign structures, targeting, and audience strategies.
• Own advertising budgets, spend allocation, and pacing.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Test creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance and conversion data.
• Implement and validate conversion tracking and attribution.
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and leadership teams.
