Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels. This remote role focuses on strategy, budget allocation, testing, optimization, and reporting to drive profitable growth.

You will develop campaign structures, test creatives and landing pages, and build weekly/monthly performance reports while collaborating with creative, sales, and leadership teams to scale profitable campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful paid advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of: ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, attribution, campaign optimization.
• Proven success improving ROAS or customer acquisition efficiency.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with creative and landing-page testing.
• Ability to independently manage and optimize paid campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
• Develop campaign structures, targeting, and audience strategies.
• Own advertising budgets, spend allocation, and pacing.
• Monitor and improve CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Test creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance and conversion data.
• Implement and validate conversion tracking and attribution.
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and leadership teams.
