Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale customer acquisition across paid and organic channels in a remote, US-friendly role. You will launch campaigns, test quickly, optimize funnels, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

You’ll manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging channels while blending performance marketing with organic content, analytics, and conversion optimization to accelerate growth and deliver data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth marketing experience with paid and organic channels.
• Proven ability to generate leads, pipeline, and measurable revenue.
• Experience launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Develop organic content strategies and grow brand visibility and inbound demand.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and improve CPL/CPA/ROAS.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership to align with revenue goals.
