Job summary

Pavago is seeking a highly analytical PPC Specialist to own paid media across Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads from a remote setting. You will drive lead generation, optimize budgets, and improve ROAS for multiple markets.

You’ll partner with marketing leadership to enhance lead quality, reduce CPL, and scale successful campaigns while refining landing pages using Unbounce or Instapage. Strong data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads, Google Search Campaigns, LSAs.
• Experience in multi-location or franchise-style advertising accounts.
• Hands-on experience with landing page platforms such as Unbounce and Instapage.
• Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
• Ability to independently identify issues and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads.
• Improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize ROAS.
• Design and optimize landing pages with Unbounce/Instapage.
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign structure.
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports and insights.
• Collaborate with leadership and creative teams on testing and optimization.
