Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Principal/Senior Principal to lead the Property & Casualty Actuarial Consulting Practice. This role emphasizes developing the regional business strategy, guiding engagements with large clients, and shaping the growth roadmap across the P&C practice.

The successful candidate will mentor junior staff, supervise BD efforts, review deliverables, and communicate findings to clients. Occasional travel to support client engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• ACAS/FCAS credentials or equivalent with 10+ years of P&C consulting.
• Strong client relationship management and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to support client engagements and BD activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the business development plan and revenue target for the P&C region, focusing on large account pursuits.
• Collaborate with senior managers and Principals on BD activities and maintain BD-related knowledge across the P&C Practice.
• Create and deliver monthly updates on regional business development activity with Global Strategy Development leadership.
• Identify and mentor subject matter experts to grow practice capabilities.
• Review and validate client deliverables for technical accuracy across analyses, templates, and exhibits.
• Prepare and present high-quality exhibits and written reports to clients and strengthen proposals and client relationships.
